Alina's POV
After my shower, I walked slowly to the window and glanced outside.
The snow was really coming down. The ground had been covered in white, like it had been wrapped in a silver blanket. Even the night seemed brighter because of the snow's reflection.
Suddenly, a wave of impulse surged in me.
I picked up my phone, really wanting to call Freddy—just to hear his voice.
But after a moment of hesitation, I worried that he wouldn’t answer, which would be awkward.
So, instead, I sent him a voice message. Even if I couldn't hear his voice, at least he could hear mine and know that I was thinking of him.
After sending the voice message, I went to the living room, took out the yarn, and started knitting the sweater.
The world around me was quiet, and my heart calmed down as I focused on the yarn and needles in my hands.
