"You're right," Yarrick said, genuinely impressed. In Hailey's eyes, starting a company seemed as easy as pie. "Alright, I'll talk to him tomorrow. If he's interested, we'll go from there."
"Sounds good."
Yarrick added, "Oh, and my mom said she just wants a simple job—nothing too brainy."
"That's easy. If your dad ends up doing this, we'll just have her help him out. Whatever she wants to do, he can assign her to it."
"Yeah, that works too."
After all, a furniture company required all kinds of employees. They could easily assign Grace some simple tasks to keep her involved.
Hailey leaned over and kissed Yarrick on the cheek.
Their sweet talk morphed into quiet affection as the night went on.
