Grace stood barefoot in the grand doorway, practically drowning in one of Keegan's button-up shirts with his robe awkwardly layered over it like some fancy armor. The sleeves hung way past her hands, brushing her knees every time she moved. Her hair was sleep-mussed, and her eyes were still half-lidded like her brain hadn't quite caught up with her body.
Keegan was already a few steps down the front staircase before he turned around to have a glance at her who was there blankly blinking, very much not dressed for the occasion.
"You sure you'll be okay?" he called up.
Grace blinked once and responded. "You're going to be late."
"That's not a yes."
"I'll be okay," she repeated, this time with a little shrug that made the robe slip off one shoulder.
He squinted at her suspiciously. "That's your 'probably not but I don't want to talk about it' voice."
"No, it's my 'please go do important rich-people things and don't hover like a worried mother
