A few days later, Lila finally got her answer.
That afternoon, she and Oscar were having tea in the garden.
The cool autumn breeze drifted through the air, carrying the soft scent of jasmine.
Jasmine had always been her favorite. She lifted her gaze to the handsome man across from her and knew this sea of white blossoms in the garden had to be his doing.
