The lecture was a success. The moment she returned to campus, her professor hurried over to congratulate her.
"I knew you could pull it off. Take the next couple of days to rest. You deserve a break."
The university even granted her a five-day holiday.
Since arriving in Aclor, she hadn't really had the chance to explore. However, when she finally went sightseeing, she ended up getting lost. Staring at the fork of several winding paths, Natalie stood there, helpless.
That was when a warm voice suddenly called out behind her. "Do you need a guide?"
She turned, and there was Timothy, dressed in a crisp white shirt, standing under the sunlight. For a fleeting moment, Natalie was transported back to her school days. The man was just the same. He appeared cool, untouched by the summer breeze. He appeared radiant, even just standing there.
"Why are you here?"
"They are about to close up. Come on, I'll get you out."
