ONE YEAR AGO  Chapter 7: Xenois The early morning sunlight was pouring into the room, the curtains being light enough for the rays to pass through , casting golden stripes across our bedroom. I stirred, reaching for Luna beside me, but found her side of the bed empty and already cold.  It seemed like she had been up for a while. It was strange.
