Cassandra said as she tightened the last twist on the tie.
She then took two steps back, pointed toward the nearby full-length mirror and said, “Mr. Blackwood, take a look and see if it works for you.”
“No need. This one’s good.” Damien gave a quick nod, finalizing his decision.
Cassandra glanced at him, didn’t say anything more, and walked over to the counter to pay.
Once they stepped out, Damien casually added, “Since you said a wine-red tie is more suitable for formal events or business settings, I guess I’ll wear this one to the banquet tonight.”

Cassandra didn’t respond.
She bit her lip lightly, hesitated for a second, then suddenly changed the subject, eyes darting around before she spoke again. “By the way, didn't I owe Mr. Blackwood an afternoon tea?”
“Yeah… and?” Damien looked around, seemingly not catching her point.
“Oh, I just feel that treating you to tea like that is a bit boring,” she pointed toward the claw machines in the center
