Cassandra stepped out of the café and quickly got into a sleek, low-key black Phaeton parked right outside.
It wasn’t long before she spotted Ethan Carter walking out, looking pretty ticked off.
Two or three minutes later, a man wearing a baseball cap and carrying a video camera followed. She figured he must be the reporter Ethan brought along.

Even knowing it was all fake, he almost believed it himself.
