Gordon Jenkins frowned, "What are you trying to do here? This is not the place for your theatrics!"
"Get out of my way! All of you, move aside if you don’t want to end up dead!" Vanessa Granger shouted relentlessly, her voice sharp and shrill. The air of superiority she once carried as a dignified lady was long gone—after all, she had lost her only hope in life.
No one in Delia or Curtis Stockton’s household took her screaming seriously. Gordon glanced at Craig with a thoughtful expression, his gaze lingering as if trying to read his mind.
