Chapter 321
Curtis's home.
Noah and Fiona got their marriage certificate quickly and smoothly.
It only took them about two hours to get everything sorted.
When they returned home, Curtis spotted Delia in the kitchen, cooking—her eight-month pregnant belly sticking out in front of her. He was so frustrated he could've lectured her on the spot, but he just couldn't bring himself to do it.
After dinner, Delia instructed the staff to move Fiona's belongings from her room into Noah's.
The room she'd carefully set up for Fiona had only been in use for two days before being dismantled, but Delia didn't mind one bit. She had secretly wanted Fiona and Noah to share a room from the start.
Sure, her thoughts weren't exactly kind—Fiona’s mental age was still pretty much like a teenager, nowhere near the maturity of an adult.
But living together is one thing. Noah wasn't the type to do anything weird to a girl whose mental age was barely over ten.
That night, he still insisted Edith bring him another blanket.
