CATALINA'S POV
In my chest, the guilt was like a tempest. I always saw the faces of the people I had harmed when I closed my eyes. Piece by piece, my family was ripped apart. And me? I was meant to be the binding agent. Rather, it was I who broke under the strain.
My fingers twitched as if they were on their own as I paced the room.
