Mick called in a group of specialists for consultation, and the final diagnosis was that Ted had overeaten.
"It's best for him to move around a bit. He shouldn't drink any more water for now. Massage his stomach in a clockwise motion," the doctor advised.
Ted was exhausted from crying and was now lying in bed, groaning softly. Mick felt both annoyed and distressed. "How did this happen? He's never had such a problem before!"
The doctor wiped the sweat from his forehead. "Mr. Ted's stomach and spleen have weakened after he caught a cold. He needs to stick to a light diet and avoid fried or processed foods."
The doctor was trying to sound vague. However, he felt his head throb when he saw the floor littered with fast food packaging. What irresponsible parent would allow their child to eat this kind of food while they were ill?
