Chapter 1099

Bang! Silas immediately opened his eyes. “Sir!” Conrad was not in the ward, but the window was open. In that instant, Silas could feel cold sweat drenching his back as he ran directly to the window. Then, he saw Conrad on the ground below the window getting up with difficulty. He then dragged himself away with his already injured leg. Silas wanted to curse. He didn’t know what was happening to his boss! It was as if he was being possessed! And he was also torturing himself more and more! As soon as Conrad got out of the hospital, he didn’t care about the cars at all and simply walked on the streets. One by one the cars all avoided him. Some of them even rolled down their windows and cursed at him. He didn’t react to them at all and simply walked further ahead on the road. There was a screech, and a van stopped right in front of Conrad. The driver gripped the steering wheel tightly, and her face was filled with hatred. She gritted her teeth and was going to step on the gas.
