Chapter 75

She didn't respond, she took some deep breaths and closed her eyes trembling nervously. Beth was howling excited and she was getting sure about her thought... She opened her eyes some seconds later and when Derek tried to talk again she quickly raised her hand to stop him. Her big, light green eyes shined in the darkness and she began walking fast, almost running to the scent's direction. Derek began running behind her confused and mind linked the others not to make any move. The scent was getting more and more intense, Ember was certain, he was here, he was in Switzerland, she was about to see him.  She was about 50 meters away from the wolf when a loud howl echoed and by everyone except Ember's surprise it wasn't a warning one.  She continued running, she was getting excited, she had missed him, it was such a pleasant surprise! "Ember what are you doing? Do you know this wolf?" Derek asked her panicked trough the link.
