As we got out into an open space, my jaw dropped open for the millionth time tonight. We were on the beach. It wasn’t littered with trash or anything. It was clean with pure white sand. Several dunes were seen here and there. The vast ocean opened in front of me, the waves slapping against the shore, and the light of the moon glittering on the dark water was just so breathtaking.
