Tyler drove in silence, his hands steady on the wheel. When they arrived at Olivia's condo building, he finally spoke. "Get some rest."
Olivia nodded politely. "Thank you."
Without another word, she stepped out of the car and shut the door firmly behind her. The sound echoed through the stillness, but Tyler didn't react. He stayed seated, staring at the quiet building in front of him, his face calm but unreadable.
Inside the building, Olivia walked to the elevator and rode up to her condo. Outside, the rain poured steadily, the drops tapping against the glass like a quiet reminder of the world beyond.
