Chapter 148 SLOW AND STEALTHILY

Ethan watched as Patrick spoke highly of the Jacobsen's company. He watched but couldn't hear anything he said as he hardly concentrated. Since the day he had seen Claire at the gym, he had been eager for the weekend so he could go and watch her dance again. There was something about her he couldn't get over. He really needed to see her again even if it's for the last time. When he'd seen her the previous weekend, there was something new about her, he noticed her new found vibrance and unmistakable beauty. It was really evident she had been taking good care of herself and he was happy for her. He wanted to see her again and maybe they could talk and reminisce on old memories. As Patrick spoke, Ethan thought about Madeline, she had been visiting the gym too frequently now and it was getting really suspicious. What if she was seeing someone behind his back? Ethan knew Madeline enough to know that she wasn't a consistent person so there was definitely something going on with her. H
