"Sir, you should know the importance of the Count's birthday," Nancy frowned. Daniel was never someone who let his personal affairs affect his work, but he had made exceptions for Blanche too many times.
But this time was different. There were hidden dangers amidst the jovial atmosphere of the Count's birthday party. It was an opportunity, but also riddled with traps.
She felt that Blanche, with her tendency to cry at the drop of a hat and her highly unprofessional skills, was not suitable for this job.
"I don't think she's suitable," Nancy said.
As she spoke, Blanche walked over, cautiously hiding in a spot where both of them could see her.
"I think she's suitable," Daniel said as he turned to lead Blanche upstairs, softly asking her if she was hurt and if she needed to go to the hospital.
Blanche turned her head, looking apologetically at Nancy.
