Cassie was backing Lord Romeo and was weeping profusely. Romeo could feel the pain in her tears from his sitting position. He moved to her and turned her around to face him. "I'm sorry." he apologised and began wiping the tears streaming down her cheeks. "I know you hate me." he acknowledged with a repeated nod.
