All because of a piece of fruit, the two ended up arguing.
Meanwhile, Liliana and Ryder were chilling and enjoying their snacks, totally at ease with each other. Even though they'd only spent the morning together, Ryder was pretty much already a fan.
"Liliana, seriously, you've got a whole different vibe than I expected," Ryder said, feeling a bit awkward now that he realized how much she'd looked out for him earlier.
But Liliana didn't make a big deal of it. She casually took a bite of the fruit in her hand—it was juicy and crisp.
Their phones had all been taken when they first entered the forest, so when one buzzed in the cameraman's pocket, everyone turned. He pulled it out and called out, "Liliana, it's for you."
Liliana quickly wiped her hands off and took the phone. The moment she saw who was calling—Wilson—her face shifted. She swallowed the fruit she hadn't even chewed fully yet.
