Quinley's hands and feet were tied. She couldn't move at all. With despair, she shut her eyes.
However, at that moment, Gary crawled over from the side. He found an old gas mask left behind in the abandoned warehouse and used the last of his strength to put it on her.
"Gary, you'll die if you do this…" Quinley's voice trembled as she tried to resist. Before she knew it, tears started streaming down her face.
Gary wiped the tears away with his fingertip and let out a quiet laugh. "But you'll live."
