Both Tyron and the Violet Rain Bird were taken aback by Adrian’s trust in the newly tamed Fire Unicorn. While it was unlikely that the creature would lie, its small and fragile appearance made them skeptical.
“‘Is this little guy just trying to stir up some excitement?” they said.
Adrian’s sharp gaze cut through their doubts. "I’ll trust him this time. I don’t think this little one would lie easily. After all, it’s been here for over a hundred years."
