"That's right. What you said last time really inspired me. You were right—starting a business needs fresh ideas. So I'm opening a soup bar in the town. The shop's already renovated."
I stared at him like he had lost his mind. What did that have to do with anything? Still, he didn't look like someone short on cash. Maybe this failure would actually teach him something. Who knows—next time, he might just get it right.
"You think it's a great idea too, right? What do you say? Do you want to invest?"
