30: Blessing Ritual

Alexa I didn’t understand why they had been so scared. My body burned as if set aflame. Pain spread through every part of me, even to the roots of my hair.  It had felt like every strand of my hair had been pulled out. My ears rang, and an excruciating pain had torn through my chest.  My breath came in heavy pants as I watched my hands grow huge, covered in thick black fur. Sharp claws bursted out, ripping through my fingertips. I howled in agony.  My vision spun, bright and chaotic, making me dizzy. I needed to stop the pain. Someone, help me!  I roared, my massive hands swinging around, seeking help.
