"She's adorable. Reminds me so much like my own grandma." Aurora muttered thoughtfully, still gazing after the door Mrs. Myrtle had disappeared behind a few moments ago.
"I know. She's the best. My family and I have been coming to this place once a week since I was pretty much born. God knows why, my mom and sisters only ever order PB and J's, but I love this place nonetheless." I explained with a happy sigh.
After finishing our carb-heavy meal and sticking around for a little while to just talk, I'd finally decided it was good a time as any to head back home. I figured everyone would've already dispersed into their separate rooms, making it easy to sneak back in unannounced. We were almost to stairs when Aurora's phone began going off. Checking the caller ID, I watched all color drain from her face.
