Fenrir didn't say a word.
He lifted his rifle, eyes locked on the small gap in the window of the car behind. The bulletproof glass had been cracked open just enough for a shot. Calmly, he squeezed the trigger.
"Bang!"
In one clean shot, the driver of the pursuing car slumped forward, his head blown open. The vehicle spun out of control and slammed into the side of the road.
Three men jumped out, moving fast. They ducked behind cover and instantly began firing toward the front.
"Bang bang bang bang!"
In the Audi up front, a middle-aged man took a bullet to the right side and let out a cry of pain.
"Fenrir! Take them out! Now!" someone shouted.
But Fenrir didn't budge. His icy gaze stayed locked on Camila inside the Bentley, framed in the scope of his infrared night-vision rifle.
His eyes flashed with cold killing intent as he pulled the trigger.
Camila had no idea she was in a sniper's crosshairs. Gritting her teeth, she focused on driving.
