Nathaniel's voice trembled with sorrow as he kept shaking his head, insisting, "I don't believe it! I need to see her!" Ella tried to mask her own panic, afraid that Nathaniel might notice her distress. Sheena and Elliot exchanged a glance. Sheena changed the subject and said, "You always thought the baby in Mae's belly wasn't yours, and you threatened her, Nathaniel. All you had to do was ask the doctor for her pregnancy records, and you would've known when she conceived. Nathaniel, that's your child too. He looks just like you. He's in the room.
