As soon as he entered the alley, Beckett noticed something was wrong. Most folks were stuck on the main road, with almost no cars passing through the alley. After all, it was uncertain whether a car could even make it out of this alley or not.

"Stop." Beckett commanded in a deep voice.
The driver, alarmed, glanced back, "Mr. Beach, is there a problem?"
"Let's just stop for a while." Beckett deliberately had the driver block the alley.
The cars behind them also stopped obediently, showing no sign of impatience or honking to urge them to move.
Beckett let out a sarcastic laugh. They were trailing behind but were afraid of being too apparent.
