"Oh jesus, how could she do it?", Elena whispered to Jane.
"She knew very well about Mia's fear and Corale knew it was Mia's first time on stage. Corale wanted Mia to lose confidence and that's how she wins today", snapped Jane. They were all highly furious towards Corale.
Corale proved that she would do anything for her reputation. She used Mia's speech in the stage.
Jane had the serious look in her face. They were all worried about Mia. Mia remained frozen and she hasn't said anything yet. Now it's her turn to show up for the speech.
Now, Mia should deliver a speech distinct than the one she prepared before. She was still freezing.
Adam, Elena and Jane were feeling frustrated, at the same time they were worried about Mia.
'I should think of something else soon...
But my brain isn't responding....oh god what am I doing.....can I better run away...because it's less embarrassing compared 

Friday returned out to be an auspicious day. To celebrate their victory, they had a party in The blueberry cafe. Adam, Elena, Mia and Jane enjoyed the whole night. It was late in the evening when they finally walked out of the cafeteria.
"So, finally we won!!", expressed Elena.
"What's next , Mia?", questioned Adam.
"Things won are done, joy's soul lies in the doing",claimed Mia.
Mia made herself clear that this victory is nothing to be happy about; she wanted to do something for the students and bring a change. She had to make an impact. 
"Shakespeare!! Right?!", asked Jane.
Mia smiled and nodded at her.
"Okay, now tell me something!! What's going on between You and Alec?", teased Jane.
"Mia, are you hiding it?", taunted Elena.
"There is nothing to hide guys..he is still the same jerk. Maybe he just wanted to show his support. That's all.", addressed Mia.
Mia maintained an expressionles

The weekends made them work too hard for the posters, banners and other stuffs to represent Mia and her motives.
They decided not to bribe the students and maintain integrity. 'Because success without integrity means nothing.' It was one of Mia's thoughts regarding success.
Benjamin Hills tried his best in helping them. Jane ,Adam and Elena tried too hard to bring confidence in Mia.
They  crashed together in Adam's place for carrying out the work. His mom offered them desserts and dinner with out a fail. Mia still didn't have a clear head and she was consumed by thoughts.
The posters came out well. It included:

Now, they have got a week for campaigning. 
"So, Sunday happened to be a busy day for us", said Adam.
"And from tomorrow,  we have got 4 days to campaign and the election takes place on Friday and the results will be declared on the same day.", Jane told them all. They all agreed upon. 
"Only two things left to do
- 1. Campaigning and
  2. Speech
Mia you have to inspire everyone by yours words. And I know you can nail it since Corale is not an expert with words. So, how far are you ?", affirmed Elena.
"The speech is almost ready but I don't know whether I can make it to the stage", stated Mia.
"Don't you think , we need to do something to impress everyone", asked Elena.
"We should live life to express and not to impress, we must work for a cause and not for applause.", replied back Mia.
Everyone was working hard for this campaigning and Mia has to make it worthy.
"Mia, you will nail it definitely and now all  you need is a clear mind. Go home,  take your time and rest well. Let's all meet at school", said Adam.
Adam was right, Mia should stop the wars that took place in her mind.
That night, she made it clear that she will do it for her friends. And she decided she will never let them down.

"All the best with the campaigning work", wished Rebecca.
"Gotta go , bye mom, dad catch you up later", Mia left for the driveway.
Mia knew that this week is not gonna be like the other weeks of her life. She has face challenges that she never witnessed before.

"Hey, minion, ready to rock?!!", Adam cheers and hugs Mia. Her friends did all the things to make her feel strong and confident about herself.
"President is here already," said Elena.
Eventually Mia began to feel confident. 
"Where is jane?", asked Mia.
"She has gone to display the posters near student lockers", declared Elena.
"Then, let's join her, and why is she alone?", questioned Mia.
"She said we should be first to display poster in school, so she came up early!!", announced Adam.
"Wow, she is really a gem. And come let's join her", said Mia.
For Mia, Campaigning was turning into a fun thing of her life. Adam , elena , jane and Mia were having a fabulous time together and had good time making new friends. 
Mia had finally started to make friends but she still remained close only to Adam, Elena and Jane. They had only 4 to 5 classes for the past few days. They were enjoying the campaign work.
In the mean time, Mia couldn't get hold of Alec. 
Their posters were appreciated by almost everyone and Mia became quite noticeable in the school. Mia doesn't like to enjoy the attention of other people. And now she had no other way than to tolerate this. 
On the other hand, Corale made out a show everywhere she stood and the posters of her were interesting too.
She began to chase Alec from the day he ignored her on the cafeteria.
But Alec hardly paid any attention to her. 
So days pass on like this..!!

"So, we made it to Thursday !! Wow, wonderful days of my life , had so much fun with you guys.", expressed Jane.
Mia was sitting on the floor in the yearbook committee room.
"Adam, Elena and Jane , Thank you, don't know what else to say. Even if I don't win tomorrow , I will have the best memories of my life. I have got so many new expressions  this week. I couldn't have made through this week without you guys!", thanked Mia.
"Don't thank, it's our duty", assured Elena. 
They were laughing at the best moments of this week and each one of them shared their experience.
"Oh, look who is here!!!",said Jane and she was surprised. 
Mia turned around and found Alec standing near the door.
"Hey, Alec", said Mia and walked towards him.
"Hey, so ready for the big day ah?", asked Alec lightly.
"Not sure , but have to do it anyway", claimed Mia.
"Came here to wish you good luck!! You were busy all these days", said Alec.
Mia thanked him.
"See you tomorrow on the stage", said Alec.
"Yeah, you will!!", assured Mia. And Alec left waving goodbye.
"What was that?", Adam asked curiously.
Mia smiled and did her casual shrug.

It's an amazing friday morning and Mia has gotten up earlier.
Last night, she rehearsed her speech like 100 times and still she was shaking.
"Morning champ", greeted Mr. Hills.
Mia showed her brightest smile.
"So, how is it going?", asked Rebecca.
"Today, we have our election day and I need to deliver a speech before the students to make them believe I can be a good president for the year.", said Mia
"Yeah, now I remember my highschool days.. I used to be the president in those days", said Mr. Hills.
"Dad , how was it? Taking part in campaign, waiting for results, delivering speeches, taking responsibility", questioned Mia.
"All would turn out good when you start believing in yourself", said Mr.Hills.
"Dad, answer me!! What if I lose and what if I can't speak in front of all those students", Mia asked.
"Look, Be bold and be heard. Sometimes you are tested not to show your weakness, but to discover your strengths. Now do this and see how strong you are!!!", encouraged Mr.Hills.
'I hope dad is right....no matter what happens today I'm gonna show them I'm stronger than I look....I'm only confined by the walls I built myself...today it's time to break all those walls...and show the real me' Mia thought herself.

"The big day has finally began", said Adam looking at the group of students moving with few cardboard boxes to the big hall.
"So, Taniya will no longer be the president!! Great to hear, right?", said Elena. 
Taniya Wilson, the senior student of the high school and so far the student council president. She is considered as the craziest one in the school. She used to head cheerleader of the baseball team. She hasn't done anything worthy for the students ever since she became the president.
"Ohh, look who it is!!! The next president of the student council",cheers Elena looking at Mia.
Mia grinned and said " So, I'm ready, I will try my best".
"Jeez, it's wonderful to hear you saying it", Elena hugged Mia tightly.
"Come on , let's head to the backstage and you can rehearse the speech one final time", assured Adam.
They headed to the backstage together.
Corale was there already and she smirked at Mia.
"So, I finally get to see you!! Let's see what you are capable of!!", Corale said in a serious tone.
Mia ignored her and headed towards Jane who was waiting for them to arrive.
"So, can we hear you speak?", asked Jane.
Mia nodded and took a deep breath.
'Warm greetings , I'm Mia Hills , one of the candidates for the student council president election. I know I'm not a familiar face but today I managed to come up here in front of you all. Student council offers students excellent ways to get involved in the inner workings of the school. 
The student president gets to manage a wide range of events,  activities,  programs, policies and initiatives around the school. So in this way,  I want to do something to the students and most of all I will get to know each one of you here. I will be able to build up a relationship with so many of you and I will build strong meaningful friendships and relationships. 
Through all this, I will get to know about myself well. I can't promise you I will fulfill all your needs in the school but I can tell we together can sort it out....'
Mia added few more points and made a draft for the speech . She left the draft paper in the backstage and headed out with her friends. 
"Mia, speech was too good and it seemed like you were a professional", appreciates Jane.
Elena and Adam agreed to Jane.
"Yeah, I hope I deliver it without stammering in front of the school", said Mia.
They motivated her and they took the front seats in the big hall. It was time to begin and all the students have already arrived.
Taniya wilson, the student council president, took the microphone and said, "Hello Mates, the day has come and today I have to give my post to one of the two candidates here. The votings will begin after the speeches. So, not to wait furthermore , I would like to call upon Ms. Corale Rose on the stage". 
Corale Rose was looking dazzling as usual and she began to present her speech.

Mia's eyeball were all ready to pop out of the socket hearing that speech. Those words belong to her. 
'Corale has finally did it.....how come she could do that....she stole my words... I know she would do anything to win but I can't believe she did this....I was rehearsing it for a whole week and now she has finally stole it....oh my god...what do I do now.... I can't stand in front of them without the speech.... and next is my turn to speak ...oh god, I'm fucked up ....'Mia was frozen completely. She has to do something now.
Adam, Elena, and Jane were shocked equally.  They knew Corale was a bitch but they didn't know she would go this far. They looked at each other and now they knew it's not going to end well.
