The threat hung in the air, causing a ripple of unease among Ironclad's executives. Harrison's lawyers whispered urgently in his ear, their faces grave.
Logan allowed a moment for the implications to sink in before continuing. "However, we're not here to destroy Ironclad Industries. We're here to negotiate a resolution that will benefit both our companies and the industry as a whole."
Harrison's eyes narrowed. "What exactly are you proposing?"
Logan laid out their demands: Ironclad would immediately cease all hostile actions against Maine Enterprises, including dropping their takeover bid. They would agree to a non-compete clause in certain key markets, allowing both companies room to grow without direct confrontation. Additionally, Ironclad would pay substantial damages to Maine Enterprises for the losses incurred due to their sabotage.
"In return," Logan concluded, "we'll agree not to pursue legal action against Ironclad or its executives. We'll keep this evidence confidential
