Ella was clearly annoyed. "Dad, why should I take down the trending post? Do you have any idea what Bethany did to me?" She was already fed up with how strangely Gary had been behaving lately. He had taken Bethany's side so many times that it made her feel like she wasn't even his daughter. "Dad, you can forget about it! If Bethany's so tough, she can get it taken down herself!" Noah's word merely added fuel to the fire. Gary managed a stiff laugh and said, "Noah, Bethany and Ella share the same mother. Maybe cut her a little slack?" Menace flashed in Noah's gaze as he spoke. "Not happening!" Bethany had to pay for her actions. If she had yielded to him, he would never have been turned this angry.
