Knox’s POV
I stared blankly at the door as I sat in my office, rubbing my temples.
It had been eight days now.
Eight days of silence. Eight days without seeing her face. Eight days without hearing her voice. Eight days of sleepless nights because of her absence.
Fenrir was clawing beneath my skin, howling for our mate, always trying to take control to find and rip apart anyone in his way.
The pack was on edge. Hunter and Shawn were leading every patrol unit to search everywhere, but there was no trace of her anywhere.
And I was going mad.
