#Chapter 37 (Deonna) Poisonous Endeavor

Dr. Lovewitt was over in just a few hours. We managed to sneak Mateo in through the gardens and into the manor undetected. Marlon had him lied down on his bed while Dr. Lovewitt examined him. Mateo was still burning up, and yet he was shaking to his core. I had never seen him look like this before; his cheeks were still red, and his eyes were watering without him actually crying.
