Georgina arrived at the café a few minutes earlier than expected. She was discovering many things about herself lately, one being that she was quite good at walking. Her gym membership was paying off after all. Perhaps she should do this more often. With these thoughts in mind, she pushed through the glass doors and was immediately greeted by a young waitress who recognized her as a regular. "Good morning, Miss Devins," the waitress said with a warm smile. "Are you here for Miss Hale?" "Yes. Has she arrived already?" Georgina asked, adjusting her designer handbag on her shoulder. "She has. Right this way." So Megan was early too. Georgina followed the waitress to the back of the café where private booths offered discretion for meetings. After being shown to Megan's booth, Georgina thanked the waitress who promptly left. The closer she got to the booth, the more she questioned her decision to come.
