Georgina stepped into the jewelry store, the soft chime of the doorbell echoing through the elegant, high-ceilinged space.
The interior was just as she remembered: gleaming glass cases, velvet-lined trays, and the faint scent of polished wood and expensive perfume lingering in the air.
