Chapter 28

I woke up to Gabe slowly shaking me. "Elea, its 7pm. Here, have some dinner and then get ready." I nodded as he handed me the bowl that had some chicken pasta in it. I think he made it because pack dinner wasn't until 8:30pm. We sat there in this silence, the only noise was me slowly chewing and swallowing. When I was done, Gabe put the bowl on the nightstand and then nodded to me. I got off the bed and went to the bathroom. I had a shower and then changed into the clothes I had laid out. I tied my hair in a tight high pony tail and then came out of the bathroom to see John and Gabe both wearing an all-black outfit. "We’re going to walk with you to the lake, then leave you." John said after I gave them a questioning look. Gabe grabbed my bag off the bed and nodded. We all jumped out of the window and started to walk towards the lake. It was a comfortable silence. Too soon, we reached the lake. Gabe put the bag on the floo
