Ryan could only watch as the boar drank to its heart's content before leaving.
He threw the bow onto the ground and cursed, "I can't kill it and it ends up dirtying my pond too. Damn it!"
Nina walked over and whined, "Why didn't you cut it with the axe?"
Ryan was frustrated and rolled his eyes at her. "Woman, I have two legs and the boar has four. How can I run faster than it?"
Sherry wanted to complain that Ryan was horrible at archery. However, when she worked the bow, she realized that she couldn't pull the string no matter how hard she tried.
Realizing that archery was not as easy as it seemed, she refrained from complaining.
Amelia glanced at the pond and at the direction where the boar disappeared, an idea forming in her head. "Ryan, don't be disheartened. So long as we have water, the boar will come again. If we set up traps around the pond, we should be able to catch it."
Her words snapped Ryan out of it and he leaped in excitement. "That's right. Traps!"
