First of all, I couldn't even bring myself to imagine the fear I felt when I thought the gun had hit Lailah. I don't know why, but I felt like I had lost the world when I heard that crash. My mind had a million thoughts running through it. But I was glad she didn't die at least.
Today was a Saturday and the big day which I had come to Dubai was finally here. Sahib, Nailah, and I attended the same university where we attained our Masters in Business Administration. My dad made sure I attained that immediately after I attained a degree in medicine.
