PERCY POV
“Who the hell are you?” I yelled, teeth gritted together. Don’t you dare touch a strand of her hair?” I glued the phone closer to my ears.
All I could hear in response was short giggles that made my ears tingle and my stomach rumble. The voice resounded in my ears like that of a heavenly melody; however, in this situation, I had already begun to imagine the worst.
“How quick are you to forget the voice of your beloved, my dear Percy?” the woman said, stirring up my anger to the max. Even though the voice bore an unknown resemblance to someone I knew, I could not just quite put a finger on it.
I walked away from Paulina’s room a bit, my fists clenched tightly, to be free from the hospital smell that was starting to choke me. “I am in no mood for Shakespeare; tell me what you have done with my wife right now,” I said sternly.
