"No." After a long silence, Sebastian spat out the word, sounding stiff and flat. Then, he turned and walked out. Not long after, Serena came by with several colleagues. With a sigh, Serena said, "Mr. Halston really seems to care about you. We offered to stay overnight, but it couldn't put him at ease. He insisted on keeping watch himself until you woke up. But now that you're awake, why don't I see him?" Tracy lowered her eyes. She thought of the lonely look on Sebastian's face when he left and slowly realized something. "No idea. Maybe he just stepped out for a while," she said indifferently. "How's Matthew? His injuries aren't serious, right?" "You don't need to worry about him. He got lucky. It's all external injuries. We just went to visit him. He still remembers what happened in the laboratory. He kept asking me to tell you the data from the very last second before the explosion. He said you'd definitely want to know." Tracy smiled faintly, warmth spreading across her chest.
