Chapter 612
Linda didn't dare to openly challenge Lina. After all, she had to rely on Lina for plenty of things.
Linda wouldn't fear anyone if she didn't need anyone's help and could handle everything alone.
Unfortunately, she wasn't in such a position yet. Sometimes, leaning on others with reason wasn't something to be ashamed of.
"I get it. I'll let you know when the time comes," Lina replied.
Lina walked over to the mini-fridge, pulled out a can of soda, and placed it in front of Linda when she realized her freshly done nails couldn't pop the tab.
"Help me to open this. I got my nails done yesterday, and I can't manage it," Lina said.
Linda's nails were short and broken, and she hadn't bothered to fix them. She couldn't manage the tab either, so she grabbed a utility knife from nearby and pried it open.
"Cut back the soda," she warned.
"Don't lecture me. This stuff's stocked in your office fridge. Don't tell me you don't drink it," Lina retorted.
Linda fell silent. She couldn't deny it
