Chapter39. The Control

I ran through the halls, my dress slightly torn, stained with the blood from the claw marks on my body, the top falling off my shoulder. I tried to use my shadows to find Derik, but every time I tuned into them, I found Kai again. He was still fighting Brax. Not that I needed the shadows to tell me that.
