Chapter 5-2

--- Once in the bath, Cass let Mikko go. She loved the water so much that she didn't even notice when he stood up to leave the bathroom. "Where are you going? She'll start crying if you leave." He gave me a small smile. "I think you have this handled. I'm going to go settle a few things. I'll be with the other two once I'm done." He left without waiting for me to reply. "Okay," I whispered sarcastically to the door. He was going to go stir up the tension between him and JJ. I kept the water warm to slowly bring down her body temperature. When she was comfortable in the bath, I added a little cold water for her to settle into again. I couldn't have given her a cold bath because that would just shock her system and make her tight and uncomfortable. Once her fever subsided, she clung to me. I kept away from the other two babies as long as I had Cass. Having all three of them sick at once would have been the worst thing I could've imagined. I did not need a cold bouncing back
