Meanwhile, at the Regency Hotel, an alarm went off at the crack of dawn. The sun had barely risen and was casting dim rays of daylight over Horizon City. Belle was in the midst of peaceful slumber, her arms wrapped around a massive stuff toy that she hugged to bed every night. Upon hearing the alarm, she furrowed her brows in annoyance. She wrapped the blankets around herself, trying to drown out the incessant blare of the alarm.
