# Chapter 59:
Eva's Point of View
My heart was beating so fast I thought it might burst right out of my chest. Here I was, standing in front of the huge glass building that meant everything to my family. My grandmother had started this company with nothing but hope and hard work. She'd turned it from a tiny office into this massive tower that seemed to touch the sky. Now it was my turn to take care of it.
I couldn't stop fidgeting with my clothes straightening my dark blue blazer, checking if my shirt was still tucked in right. My hands wouldn't stop shaking no matter how many deep breaths I took. After all the horrible things I'd been through being thrown in jail for something I didn't do, fighting day and night to prove I was innocent, losing almost everyone I thought cared about me this moment felt like something I'd only see in my dreams.
The morning sun hit the building's windows just right, making them shine like a thousand diamonds. I must have fixed my hair about twenty times
