Sabrina stopped at the kitchen door just in time to hear Cassian sneeze.
Wearing soft cotton slippers, she walked in. Cassian was at the sink, getting some water.
Suddenly, a memory clicked-after she fell into the sea, it seemed like Cassian was the one who jumped in and pulled her out.
She'd never forget how freezing that ocean was, like thousands of ice needles stabbing into her bones.
Leaning against the doorframe, Cassian sneezed again.
He turned and shot her a look full of annoyance, as if she was the most irritating person on the planet.
Sabrina saw the clear frustration in his eyes. She exhaled, walked over to the fridge, opened it, and started grabbing a few things.
While pulling stuff out, she said casually, "Look, fair's fair-you saved me, and I bit you. Sorry about that."
Cassian shot her a side glance, lips pressed tight, clearly not in the mood to entertain her.
