Louis suddenly looked up, staring blankly at Robert—the son he had always despised and ignored.
Robert met his gaze, his deep-set eyes and furrowed brows tinged with an icy, detached coldness.
"In a while, someone will take you to the police station," Robert said, his thin lips parting calmly to deliver the words.
