Emily and Gabriel arrived at the hospital and headed straight toward the ICU. Just as they reached the corridor, Gabriel's phone rang. He stopped and answered. "Mr. Holton, something's wrong!" It was one of the maids, her voice was panicked. "Ms. Sophia's missing!" The calm on Gabriel's face shattered instantly, and his grip on the phone tightened until his knuckles turned white. Emily turned around and studied the sudden tension in Gabriel's expression. Suddenly, the image of Sophia in the garden that morning flashed to her mind—the strained posture, the suppressed unease. It hadn't been her imagination, after all. When Gabriel ended the call, the fury in his eyes was like a storm about to break. He turned on his heel to leave. Emily didn't stop him. Her voice was steady as she said, "Go. Finding her is more important." Gabriel paused and glanced back at her. There was something unreadable in his gaze, like a mixture of gratitude and regret. Without replying, he strode
