KIMBERLY'S POV
The bookstore smelled just the same, all warm and familiar, full of rustling pages. But my brain wasn't fixed on memories; it was fixed on Xavier.
I truly couldn't make anything out straight from what the owner of the book store was saying, before i could ask anymore questions, Xavier finally spoke.
"I remember seeing you here before," he said to the window and its seat.
I turned back at him with a look. "You do?
He nodded. "You used to sit right there, completely lost in whatever you were doing."
I frowned a little. "I was probably sketching."
Xavier's lips curled a little. "Yeah. Pink bunnies."
I blinked. "You remember that?"
He chuckled. "You drew them all the time. Pink bunnies, random patterns, and messy designs. I used to wonder if you were actually studying or just playing around."
