Chapter 31 Mystery of Tristan's True Identity
Tristan ignored Luther's provocation. He simply looked to the side and asked Cressida softly, "Do you want to have your head injury treated?"
His disregard frustrated Luther more than any retort.
Luther looked at Tristan and Cressida standing together, one calm and the other indifferent.
They weren't displaying any obvious intimacy, yet it felt impossible for an outsider to get between them.
An inexplicable irritation surged through him.
Luther couldn't understand why he felt so displeased to see another man standing with Cressida. He clearly should've felt liberated instead.
He asked with repressed anger, "As a doctor, aren't you overstepping your bounds a little by interfering in a patient's private affairs? Believe me when I say I can make it impossible for you to continue working at this hospital with a single phone call."
